A handful of the Dirty Habits crew including founder Graham Howes and International sensation Nick Jacobsen, are amongst the list of the worlds top 24 riders to be invited to compete in the most extreme Kiteboarding contest, the 2016 Red Bull King of the Air.
Graham Howes and the Dirty Habits crew went for a Paraglide with Fly Cape Town.
the conditions were perfect and we were able to jump of the iconic Lions Head and use the wind to clim up to 1000ft before performing some Acro stunts on the way down to the landing in Camps Bay.
So we tried a different take on this year Red Bull King of the Air video.. Yes it’s a little deep.. a little too pretty.. and a little long.. So if you don’t like the sound of my voice skip to 1:00 mark for some big air Cape Town Action. Strong wind is what keeps me alive.

Nick Jacobsen took a quick break from his chaotic schedule of traveling the world. Between Maui, California, Mauritius and Zanzibar and Europe in the last month, he took a break and booked a ticket to Cape Town to hang with the Dirty Habits crew and see what Cape Town was like in the winter time. Well it couldn’t have been a better week, with The South Easter pumping, the surf cooking and some of the local riders enjoying the Town to themselves. This Video was the outcome.

What we didn’t expect was to be attacked by a Goose, only to have him join us for the remaining 8 holes.
Dirty Habits Joins one of the Dirty boys, Jason Baker, George Schoonraad, Bev, Al, Paki and Cookie on a early morning BASE jump off of the Sentinal Mountain in Houtbay, overlooking Dungeons big wave spot.
